I called today…Saturday in an hour before their business was about to close. I spoke with an amazing woman named , Anita. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. She went out of her way to answer every question I had, gave me reassurance and looked into my insurance when she should’ve been trying to pack up and go home!
Anita truly understands that the first person who answers the phone is the Representative of the business!!!

Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. Dr. Kenneth recommended a tooth extraction from a highly rated Oral Surgeon. 5 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good staff, friendly, and efficient. 4 stars because they put me with a different dentist who was out-of-network, resulting in unexpected payment. I would make this my regular office if all dentists were in-network.

My daughter had a routine cleaning here, taking advantage of the flexible scheduling options! Can’t thank them enough for offering Saturdays to help get my busy student to the dentist!

Dr Russell is terrific during his examination and his new hygienist is wonderful. Charity was gentle but thorough during the cleaning. As always it’s nice to see the ladies up at the front who take care of check in and payment. They keep the insurance stuff from being too complicated.

My first visit - everyone was pleasant, informative and professional. The facility was beautiful and clean. It was just for x-rays and assessment.
My second visit - I walked in apprehensive and a bit fearful... and walked out restored to the "old me" previous a very bad dental experience by a different local dentist. No dentist should ever hurt you. I would refer anyone to Dr. Reynolds. He's attentive, takes the time to talk to you, and explains what he's doing.
My third visit - I'm sold. He performed a difficult procedure with patience, kindness and determination to get it right... and he did. For the first time in about 8 years, I have no pain in the tooth he fixed. Amazed and grateful.

I came in for my first visit today and I was very impressed by how kind everyone was. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work and this is the first office I've been to that I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.

Dr. Russell is really good. Cares about the patient and does excellent work. Even the pain numbing injections are hardly noticed! Highly recommend!

When I had pain from a filling falling out, they were able to get me seen same day. I had to make a different appointment to replace the filling and this dental coward felt very comfortable in Dr. Russell's hands. He recognized my red hair and immediately knew that I have issues with staying numb. He didn't even question it and made sure I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice. He even has good taste in music, choosing Def Leopard over Nickleback ;).

Great service and professional staff. My whole family uses this practice - and we have used Dr. Russell for over 10 years. Update...still seeing Dr. Russell, and his professional care and personal style are greatly appreciated.

I think this is the Best dentist around. I had a couple of issues with my former dentist and Dr. Russell gave me the best care and very nice atmosphere with super nice assistants. I highly recommend his office if you want something done right the first time. Also he is very tuned in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling okay. His wife is the sweetest also😀

Dr. Reynolds (partner to Dr. Russell) and staff are great—friendly, clear, communicative. They worked me in as a new patient really quickly. Dr. Reynolds explained every step of what he was doing. The staff underpromised and overdelivered on how quickly my dental work could get done. The communication was swift and clear. The office is perfectly nice, but not super fancy (cute kid size wingback chair). You’re paying for competence and kindness rather than a swanky office.

My first appointment at Dr Russell's office was scheduled far in advance although it was well worth the wait. All office stay were very pleasant and professional. My cleaning was extremely thorough and the best news was that Dr Russell told me that I didn't need to schedule any future appointments with him. I look forward to returning for my next cleaning and am glad I landed with such a wonderful office.

I've been going to Dr. Russell for 30 years or more and he is wonderful. I highly recommend him.

Hygienist was amazing! Friendly and wonderful to work with! Very thoughtful and thorough! Dr Russell makes you feel at ease and always has. Long time patient. Can’t go wrong with this staff!!!

While I usually dread going to any dentist, any time and anywhere... my first visit here was better than I imagined. The Administrative Staff started things off on the right foot by being cheerful and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very good and she lightened up the whole experience. Dr. Reynolds was friendly, approachable and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Besides being a great and gentle dentist, he takes the time to answer any questions I have. His staff is great too.

All staff was very nice and attentive. I had a great experience with each person I interacted with and left with clean pearly whites. Sidney, Lindsay and Dr. Russell were great and I’m glad to have found a new dentist office.

I’ve only had one visit to Dr. Russell, but based on that experience I’m so pleased. The entire staff was friendly and professional, the technology and techniques were all up to date, the physical environment was pleasant and the two hygienists worked as a team to provide the most thorough cleaning and dental exam I’ve ever had.

i had a a major toothache, called and they worked me that same day. i had to have a root canal done and they were so kind and respectful.

Recently moved to Winston-Salem and am thrilled to have found Kenneth Russell DDS, PA and his amazing staff! After using the same dentist in another state for over 20 years I was skeptical that I would find anyone as good BUT I DID! Incredibly competent and friendly staff. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Professional , relaxed , Crown was done nicely, with the least amount of pain, and time , for that type of procedure i believe! Dentist Kenneth Russell Friendly ,and easy to talk to. Hes assistant was very nice and friendly also. They did listen to me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. I recommend him and hes practice. Hes desk people ,who did appointments ,charges, Payments ect were very nice .(I guess the only thing missing was a walk to my door and a big hug and Kiss ! (just kidding ) Cant go wrong with This dentist ! Take care R Bell

Painless experience. Dr Russell, Virginia and Vicky are very caring and gentle people. From checking in to checking out it was a wonderful experience.
