Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. My first visit - everyone was pleasant, informative and professional. The facility was beautiful and clean. It was just for x-rays and assessment.
My second visit - I walked in apprehensive and a bit fearful... and walked out restored to the "old me" previous a very bad dental experience by a different local dentist. No dentist should ever hurt you. I would refer anyone to Dr. Reynolds. He's attentive, takes the time to talk to you, and explains what he's doing.
My third visit - I'm sold. He performed a difficult procedure with patience, kindness and determination to get it right... and he did. For the first time in about 8 years, I have no pain in the tooth he fixed. Amazed and grateful.

When I had pain from a filling falling out, they were able to get me seen same day. I had to make a different appointment to replace the filling and this dental coward felt very comfortable in Dr. Russell's hands. He recognized my red hair and immediately knew that I have issues with staying numb. He didn't even question it and made sure I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice. He even has good taste in music, choosing Def Leopard over Nickleback ;).

I think this is the Best dentist around. I had a couple of issues with my former dentist and Dr. Russell gave me the best care and very nice atmosphere with super nice assistants. The staff underpromised and overdelivered on how quickly my dental work could get done. The communication was swift and clear. The office is perfectly nice, but not super fancy (cute kid size wingback chair). You’re paying for competence and kindness rather than a swanky office.

The Administrative Staff started things off on the right foot by being cheerful and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very good and she lightened up the whole experience. Professional , relaxed , Crown was done nicely, with the least amount of pain, and time , for that type of procedure i believe! Dentist Kenneth Russell Friendly ,and easy to talk to. Hes assistant was very nice and friendly also. They did listen to me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. I recommend him and hes practice. Hes desk people ,who did appointments ,charges, Payments ect were very nice .(I guess the only thing missing was a walk to my door and a big hug and Kiss !
