You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at your appointed time. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and always give 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that the time is not wasted.

Our office hours are:

MON – THU – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
FRI – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
SAT- 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Insurance Information:

We make a concerned effort to get all patient insurance information prior to your first visit; ready at hand to better assist you with treatment and finances. Insurance information can be emailed or scanned to our office at [email protected]. Please include subscriber’s name; group #; subscriber ID #; and insurance telephone number and birthdate of patient and subscriber. This is all pertinent information which is required by insurance companies to verify coverage and eligibility and benefits. Any questions can be referred to our administrative staff.

X-Rays Needed:

To prepare for your upcoming new patient appointment; we ask that you have the latest x-rays emailed to the following: [email protected]. We would like the latest full mouth series; bitewings and/or panorex. We request these by email because of the quality of the the x-ray for diagnosis and repetition of films. If you should have any questions regarding this request please call our office.

New Patients:

Our protocol for New Patient appointments include
1) full mouth series of x-rays which enables us to provide
2) a comprehensive oral exam by Dr. Russell and
3) periodontal evaluation for gum disease by the hygienist. The periodontal evaluation is at no charge and is a prerequisite to any cleaning in our office. The cleaning will be scheduled after we determine the type of cleaning you will need once we record our data. Please be aware that we will make every attempt to schedule the cleaning appointment as soon as possible after the initial appointment. We have the legal responsible to make you aware of any evidence of gum disease just like any other disease. Ignoring gum disease is detrimental to your overall health and we; as health professionals, have the responsibility of informing our patients of any evidence of periodontal disease and educating them on the treatment needed. New Patient appointments are for 90 minutes in length once all forms are filled and necessary documentation is completed.
